Oretani System

Discovered during the Expansionist Era of the 25th century, Oretani was just one of many systems that were being processed when the unthinkable happened: the jump point into the system collapsed. Thousands of terraformers and their families were suddenly cut off from the rest of Humanity. Scientists spent decades looking for a way to reopen the jump or find another route in, but, hope began to wane until it disappeared entirely. It’s unknown if there are still any survivors after all this time.
